SPECIAL PROJECT - CHUKKA BROGUE WINGTIP BOOT DEVELOPMENT

This development work was done for the client Jaime Machado Junior. It was a remote development, via WhatsApp, because the client lives outside of SP and wanted a Chukka Brogue Wingtip boot. This development work was challenging, because we only had one photo sent by the client, which made it difficult to see the details of the model and toe. However, we reached a consensus and Jaime chose to make the toe from a mold that we already had, which reduced the cost of this development.

First, I analyzed the feasibility of doing it, and we started choosing the toe of the boot. This development was more affordable, as the client chose to make a mold/toe that we already had here. I put together the budget and sent it to the client.

After the budget was approved, the client chose the leather and color, and we decided to make the sole the same as the original model. Once the budget was made, the client decided to continue with the development, the first stage of which was the development of the model (cutting out the shoe).

We cannot rush any development we do. We always make a sample shoe first so the client can come and try it on and evaluate any changes or not. Only after the client has given final approval do we continue with the shoe. We always take this care.
