SPECIAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DERBY CAP TOE

Development work on this Derby Cap Toe for the client Amaury de Oliveira. Amaury had this Derby for over 10 years and brought it to us for evaluation, to make one that was the same or similar. The cost of this Derby was more affordable, as the client chose to use a similar last (toe) that we had here, eliminating the cost of the last. It was easy for the client to have the shoe in their hands, much easier than just having a photograph.

After defining the toe, the client chose the leather and color, opted for the limited edition leather, the Argentine Chrome, and chose the beautiful Havana color and the sole. Instead of making it the same as the original model, we decided to make the double sole, almost 1 cm thick, which made this Derby more elegant. Finally, he chose the color of the sole finish, opting for a tone slightly darker than the color of the shoe's leather.

Once the budget was drawn up, the client decided to continue with the development, the first stage of which was the development of the model (cutting out the shoe).

We cannot rush any development we do. We always make a sample shoe first so the client can come and try it on and evaluate any changes or not. Only after the client has given final approval do we continue with the shoe. We always take this care.
